Team Coaches & Managers

Online Team Check-In Must be Completed by midnight on Friday, June 30, 2023

Required Documentation and Mandatory Online Team Check-In Instructions:

Required Documentation
1. Current State-approved roster.  Cross out any players not attending the Seaside Classic Soccer Tournament.  You may write in guest players at the bottom of your approved roster and provide proof of age and insurance from a state entity or US Soccer.  See below concerning guest players.
2. A copy of each League approved Player Pass, or Passport if your team is international (ONLY the front side that shows photo and date of birth must be copied).  If the player pass is "two-sided", we need the side with the player's name and birth date.  Guest players must provide this documentation as well.  You must include coach's cards and manager's cards in this document.
  • Guest Players
    • Obtain the guest player's current pass card and medical release form.
    • Add the guest player to your roster copy.  Please hand-write or type their full name, unique jersey number, player identification number and birthday below the existing rostered players.
    • Include guest player's player card and medical/liability release waiver form with the rest of your team information when emailing documents. 
3. Complete the Seaside Classic Medical/Liability Release Waiver for each player on your team.  The form must be completed and hand signed by a parent or legal guardian.  No forms other than the official Seaside Classic Medical/Liability Release Waiver will be accepted. 

4. Permission to Travel form if you are outside of Region 1.

** Please note: Teams must have their state approved roster, player cards, staff cards, and individual player medical/liability release waivers available at all games for review. We may randomly check any team before any game to ensure that all players on the field are rostered for the tournament, have medical/liability release waivers on hand for all players, and those player age requirements are met. A team who knowingly plays a player(s) who has not been properly checked-in via the tournament Online Team Check-in process will forfeit all remaining games and be removed from the tournament. No refunds will be allowed.

Directions To Complete Online Check-In
  • Submission process:
    1. Scan or create PDF files for each document type as they will be uploaded separately.  Name each document with  the corresponding file, ie: Roster, Player Passes, Medical/Liability Release Waivers. We recommend scanning multiple player cards to fill an 8.5"x11" piece of paper and to alleviate multiple attachments.  
    2. UPLOAD the documents to GotSoccer  
    3. Log in to your team’s GotSoccer page with your username and password.
    4. Select Tournament name. 
    5. Select the “Documents” tab. 
    6. Select the labels from the drop-down list in the “Team Document Upload” box and upload the appropriate files. 
    7. Teams can check the status of their documents while logged into their GotSoccer account.  In the area where the documents were uploaded, view the Team Status area. Once approved, the status will show as Yes. If further information is required from the tournament staff, teams will be contacted by our Tournament Admin with a description of this request.
