Welcome to South County Youth Soccer Club. We are a volunteer organization dedicated to promoting and developing youth soccer in southern Rhode Island.  

Our Mission 
To provide an enjoyable, affordable, safe, and quality soccer experience for children of all levels from ages 4 through 19.
To provide opportunities for all club members to excel and grow to the best of their abilities.

Our Vision 
To promote the highest standards of integrity, sportsmanship, and teamwork to enable our members to contribute to the improvement of our community.

Our Values

Our History
The South County Jaycees Youth Soccer League began in early spring 1976 with 4 teams and 84 children. By 1982, over 1000 boys and girls were playing soccer in the spring and fall. That year the South County Youth Soccer Club was officially incorporated.  In 1991, South County hosted the inaugural Seaside Classic. In 2017, the club celebrated its 40th anniversary and the Seaside Classic celebrated its 25th anniversary!

Our Club Organization

South County Youth Soccer Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and is a member of Soccer Rhode Island (SRI) as well as an affiliate of US Youth Soccer.  We are governed by a dedicated and active volunteer Board of Directors.  Our experienced paid staff includes a Technical Director and Club Manager/Registrar
