| Description: | The 2013 South County Youth Soccer Club (SCYSC) Annual General Membership Meeting will be held Thursday, January 31st, at the SCYSC Office at 1425 Kingstown Rd, Peacedale, RI. All member are invited to attend. At this meeting, members will elect new directors to the following positions for two year teams.
Positions up for election in January 2013 include the following positions:
(1) President, (2) Secretary, (3)Director of Competitive Programs, (4)Director of Tournaments, (5)Director of Legal Affairs and General Counsel, (6) Director of Coaches and (7)Director of Volunteers
Any nominations for officers by other than the nominating committee must have been submitted to the Board in writing one month prior to the AGM. Nominees must be seconded and give their consent. Officers and Board members shall be elected by secret ballot (simple majority) and shall assume office immediately. |
