South Kingstown HS Girls Play for 2012 State Division 1 Championship

Congratulations to the South Kingstown Girls High School Varsity team for reaching the 2012 Rhode Island Division 1 Championship game.  In a hotly contested battle the girls were bested 2-1 by Smithfield High School girls.  Under first year coach Tobey Gibbons the girls have set the bar high for this team which features a nice mix of upper and underclassman.  The teams is widely comprised of players from the U15-U7 teams coached by Paul Livingston, Graham Forrestor, Ted Sorlien, and Steve Russell.
